F.A.Q

GROUT INJECTION SOIL STABILISATION | SOME FAQ's

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE GROUT INJECTION SOIL STABILISATION PROCESS?

On average, a thorough site inspection and quotation will be provided within two days of contacting BMC. Once the estimate has been accepted, all site work is then usually completed in less than seven days or when it is best suited for our client.

DOES GROUT INJECTION WORK IN ALL SOILS AND SITUATIONS?

No, grout injection is best suited to sandy soils. While the majority of Perth soil is sand based, there are some areas with higher clay content. Where this is the case, a site inspection will confirm what extra work will need to be carried out. Please contact BMC to arrange a comprehensive site review and recommendations.

IS SOIL STABILISATION DAMAGING TO THE WATER TABLE?

No, BMC specialises in soil stabilisation using rapid-set, microfine cement. Such cement dries very quickly to prevent any possible contamination of underground water systems.

ARE THE SOIL STABILISATION SERVICES OFFERED BY BMC QUALITY ASSURED?

BMC services are completed in accordance with strict quality standards for your protection. We adhere to the strict criteria set-out by our Engineers, as per Australian standards AS4678 and AS3600, to ensure we follow proper procedures for soil stabilisation and underpinning.

Once soil stabilisation services have been provided, you will be presented with a formal Certificate of Completion for your records and all work is insured.
